Zellaco offers a flexible module-based system which easily can be adapted to fit the product at hand. A range of modules covering Volt, Amp., current limits, temperature, pressure, JTAG-programmers, CAN, power relays, I/O and more, are combined to perform the a thorough test of your product. Since the system is module based, it is easy to change or add functionality.
Initial test is normally done on the mounted PCB with a needle fixture and proper mix of interface modules. Next in line is a box assembly test of the final product.
Main principle is that there is one, and only one, USB connection between the controlling PC and the test interface. The interface unit includes all needed electronics, including external devices, e.g. barcode readers or printers. All in a manner to have an easy maintained system without cables all over the place. As a side effect this makes the test system mobile.
The flexibility makes it very useful for CI-tests and HIL setups (Hardware In Loop), where your test script can control external hardware for test stimuli. The software libraries have support for a number of languages such as Android, C++, C#, Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB and VisualBasic .NET
