ISO13485 is one of the standards that specifies requirements for a quality management system when providing medical devices.

Zellaco has developed quite a number of MedTech products. This design of the hardware platform for an X-ray control system is a typical example for a MedTech project setup. Close cooperation between us, the customers quality- and development teams, guided by the standard ISO13485 paved a straight path for the project.

The platform was designed with a very fast internal parallel bus for attaching several types of boards providing flexible adapting to different setups and types of system.Containing a powerful multicore MCU, FPGA and interfaces like Ethernet, RS-485, USB, HDMI, CAN and a bunch of protected I/O makes it an extremely flexible system for both current and future demands.
